About Cameron Simon

Cameron Simon serves as Senior Vice President at Stallion Infrastructure Services, where he leads technology-enabled product strategy, specialty rental innovation, and commercial growth across energy and critical infrastructure markets. Since joining Stallion in 2008, he has played a central role in evolving the company from a traditional field services provider into a technology-driven infrastructure partner.

Cameron previously served as Senior Vice President of Industrial and Technology and as Vice President of Products and Technology. In these roles, he launched and scaled multiple greenfield, technology-enabled business lines, leading them from concept to profitability with consistent multi-year double-digit revenue growth. His portfolio has included AI-enabled security and surveillance platforms, industrial IoT solutions, power generation offerings, and last-mile connectivity systems designed for complex construction and edge-of-network environments.

With experience spanning the full lifecycle of energy development, Cameron’s leadership has expanded into critical infrastructure sectors including large-scale construction, transmission and distribution, disaster response, data center development, and heavy industrial projects. He is known for building scalable operating models, developing strong leadership teams, and aligning innovation with practical field execution. Equally comfortable in the boardroom and on the jobsite, Cameron bridges strategy and operations to drive measurable impact.

He began his career at Stallion in an executive training program focused on field operations across East Texas, Wyoming, Alaska, and Pennsylvania, later advancing into regional leadership roles, including Regional Vice President for the Eastern Division and the Permian and Mid-Continent Divisions.

Cameron earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi. He is actively involved in industry organizations including Young Professionals in Energy, the American Association of Drilling Engineers, and the Petroleum Equipment and Services Association. He has also served on the Williamsport Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Williamsport Industrial Properties Corporation.
